Refund Policy

Every item at Dress Burger is expertly and carefully made. We are aware, nevertheless, that things don't always turn out as planned. Within seven business days of receiving your item, you can ask for store credit  or exchange if you're not quite happy with your purchase.
 
Requesting a Return or Exchange
The return process is to email us at info@dressburger.com with the following information:
 •   Your order number
 •   The name of the item(s) you wish to exchange or gain store credit 
 •   The reason for the exchange or store credit 
 •   Clear photos of the item(s), including the attached labels
It is essential that the photos clearly show all tags attached. Once we receive your request, we’ll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
 
Terms and conditions for store credit and exchange
Eligibility for store credit or an exchange:
1. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
2. All labels / tag(s) must still be attached.
3. Items must be free from marks, stains (including makeup or spray tan), and odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant, or detergent).
4. Order number and proof of purchase must be provided.
Important: Unless they are found to be defective, clearance styles and final sale items are not eligible for an exchange or store credit

Please note: Returns sent to any other address or without prior approval and authorization number will not be accepted.
 
Important: Final Sale items and clearance styles cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Refund and Exchange Options

 
   •   E-store Credit: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Dress Burgere  estore credit equal to the value of the returned item.
   •   Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for an item of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as an estore credit.
 
Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a faulty product (e.g., unsewn seams, damage, or defects), please contact us within seven business days of delivery. In such cases, we’ll replace the faulty item.
 
Additional Information
   •   Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
   •   Keep tracking information for your return package as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
   •   Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale and Clearance Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless confirmed as faulty. Unauthorized returns for these items will be refused and returned to the sender.
